Abstract

Most popular and scientific publicatians portray an evolutionary countdown to man ending many millennia before written records appear. Why does recorded history begin just 4,000 to 5,000 years ago? Is agriculture so recent? Where are all the Stone Age bodies? These questions are investigated and compared in a Creation-Evolution context.
