Stanley Schwartz attended Cedarville University from 2014-2018, graduating with a double-major in history and political economy. After Cedarville, he spent a year as a Fulbright Scholar in Australia, then entered the Ph.D. program at Temple University. His dissertation focuses on Civil War veterans' wartime experiences, postwar politics, and Gilded Age policymaking. He teaches courses on the history of the United States, military history, and qualitative research methods.
